I swam the backstroke-4 laps in 6:40.
I swam the sidestroke-4 laps in 5:20.
I swam with the board, kicking only-3 laps in 4:20.
I couldn't believe I was slowest in backstroke!
I swam more than usualy because I got there about 5 minutes earlier than I usually do. And, since I exit the pool in the area where the deep water aerobics class is going on, I like to get out right when the class starts, which is 9. It is kind of a goal that "makes" me get there early and swim as fast as I can to get in as many laps as possible. Now, if I were to get there at 8, I'd still swim until 9. What a workout that would be! Oooooh, I just love it!
